    FITC-Labeled Monoclonal Anti-FMC63 Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (Y45), premium grade is expressed from human HEK293 cells. It is the FITC labeled form of Monoclonal Anti-FMC63 Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (Cat. No. FM3-Y45P1).
    It is designed for cell isolation and cell culture applications, and produced under animal-free manufacturing conditions. No animal derived components are used throughout the production process.
    It is produced under our rigorous quality control system that incorporates a comprehensive set of tests including sterility and endotoxin tests. Product performance is carefully validated and tested for compatibility for cell culture use or any other applications in the early preclinical stage. When ready to transition into later clinical phases, we also offer a custom GMP protein service that tailors to your needs. We will work with you to customize and develop a GMP-grade product in accordance with your requests that also meets the requirements for raw and ancillary materials use in cell manufacturing of cell-based therapies.

  • Labeling
    The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular sieve treatment during purification process.

    The FITC to protein molar ratio is 1-4.

    This product is stable after storage at:

    1. -20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;
    2. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Bioactivity-FACS
 FMC63 FACS

2e5 of anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 1:50 dilution (2 μL stock solution in 100 μL FACS buffer) of FITC-Labeled Monoclonal Anti-FMC63 Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (Y45), premium grade (Cat. No. FM3-FY45G0) and Isotype control antibody respectively. FITC signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).

  • Background
    FMC63 is an IgG2a mouse monoclonal antibody specific for CD19, which is a target for the immunotherapy of B lineage leukaemias and lymphomas. FMC63 scFv is the most commonly used ectodomain component of CD19-specific CARs. So far, most of reported CART19 trials contain the anti-CD19 scFv derived from FMC63, including the two FDA-approved CARs Kymriah and Yescarta.
