Integrin proteins expressed by HEK293 Integrins are non-covalently-linked, heterodimeric molecules containing an α (120~185kD)and a β (90~110kD)subunit. Both subunits are type I transmembrane proteins, containing large extracellular domains and mostly short cytoplasmic domains. As a group of cell-matrix adhesion molecules, integrins play important roles in cell survival, proliferation, motility, differentiation, and ensuring appropriate cell localization. Thus, it is predicted that integrins involve in both mechanical engagement of cell to extracellular matrix, and generation of cellular signals during cancer malignancies development.
ACROBiosystems has developed a comprehensive series of Integrin proteins expressed by HEK293, and AvitagTM biotinylated proteins can added your drug development. The proteins are suitable for ELISA, SPR, BLI and Cell based assay. ACRO has verified the purity and activity of the Integrin proteins, and organized the experimental operations and parameters into the corresponding protocol. Protocols are offered for free, which can help you save the development cycle.
