Get ACRO's Travel Awards to Showcase Your Research at AACR!
ACROBiosystems is excited to offer up to $500 travel awards to support academia and non-profit researchers attending AACR!
Apply before April 18th, 2025 for a chance to receive travel awards for AACR from ACRO! Winners will be selected based on the novelty of the research and the quality of responses to the application questions.
1. Eligibility:
- Eligible Participants: Travel awards are available only for researchers from non-profit institutions or academia.
- Primary Author Requirement: Applicants must be the presenting author of a poster or talk those features or mentions ACROBiosystems products.
- Proof of Approval: Award recipients must provide proof of poster and talk approval from the chosen conference after being notified.
- Consequence of No Proof: If proof is not provided, the panel will select and notify a new winner.
2. Content of Use:
By submitting the application for the travel awards, participants grant ACROBiosystems permission to use and publish necessary information online for promotional purposes.
3. Award:
ACROBiosystems will reimburse winners up to $500 for air travel, ground transportation, and hotel expenses. If winners are local and do not need to travel, they can receive up to $500 for conference pass expenses. To receive the reimbursement via check, winners must submit proof of attendance and valid receipts for relevant expenses.
4. Travel Awards Timeline:
The submission deadline for AACR Travel Award is April 18th, 2025. Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of ACROBiosystems, and winners will be notified through email and ACRO's website.
